You: Inside Out by Ann Greene Kelly
What is inside your body? Bones, muscles, and a brain, of course, but also giggles and screams and other fun things! Use your drawing skills to create a work of art that brings all of your insides out.
Monsters Masquerade Ball by Umar Rashid
Come one, come all to the Monsters Masquerade Ball! We invite you to use your wildest imagination to sculpt creepy creatures out of clay who, together, will help fight back against the spooky forces in our world.
Since the Hammer and Huntington galleries are currently closed to the public, we will bring art to homes across Los Angeles for this year's Family Day. We are excited to share supplies for these projects with the families of Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA), the Veteran Family Wellness Center, A Place Called Home, Safe Place for Youth (SPY), and 18th Street Arts Center.
For families who will join us from home, check out our blog to see what supplies you’ll need to do the projects in time for Halloween.
Presented by the Hammer Museum in collaboration with the Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens.
